More About This Facility at AHI
Meals: The hospital kitchen provides vegetarian meals to patients. Additional fruit juices and snacks can be provided through the cafeteria, which shall be charged extra. It is crucial to eat the food as soon as it has been served, both to avoid a deterioration in quality and the risk of food-borne illness that may result from food trays left out for too long.
Outside Food: Due to the risk of contamination, dietary restrictions, and the potential disruption of hospital operations food from outside or home-cooked food is not allowed inside hospital premises. Relatives are requested to utilise the cafeteria on the ground floor for all their food requirements.
Nutrition Expertise: Our Dieticians/Nutritionists are available to assist patients in choosing a healthy diet, and in consultation with doctors, a customised diet plan can be prepared for patients.
